Saturday is definitely the busiest day. For a more intimate spa experience, we recommend planning your visit on week days or evenings. Enjoy your visit!

As of May 14, 2022, it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask in all KŌENA SPA facilities (spas, saunas, pools, treatments, restaurants, etc.).

Gift certificates value aren’t applicable on food and beverages during your visit. Only packages that include food or beverages are accepted.

The spa is open every day, regardless of the weather. Our facilities have been designed to allow you to enjoy the spa rain or shine. Please note that we do not offer refunds or compensation for bad weather. Grey and rainy days are often quieter and provide an incomparable feeling of zenitude. Several indoor relaxation areas are available to provide cover until the good weather returns.
