1. Before

First, check your schedule. What would be the best time for this long-desired getaway? Have you chosen? It’s now time to pack your bag for your visit to Kōena Spa.

What to Bring?
  • A swimsuit
  • Sandals
  • An empty reusable water bottle
  • A hat
  • Sunglasses
  • A book or magazine
  • Change of clothes

Robes are available for rent at a cost of $9.

For a Successful Experience
  • Glass bottles, alcohol, or outside food are not permitted.
  • The Spa is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and over. A form of ID may be requested at the reception or for the purchase of alcoholic beverages, so please bring one with you during your visit.
  • We reserve the right to briefly check your personal belongings.
  • Take a few minutes to read our Code of Conduct.

For everything else, relax! We’ve thought of everything! Water stations have been strategically placed throughout Kōena Spa, and we even provide towels!

2. During

In the midst of your thermal experience, do you feel like treating yourself to a massage or treatment? Once at Kōena Spa, you can check the screens that will indicate if one of our fourteen treatment rooms is available, allowing you to enjoy our massages and treatments spontaneously.

Throughout your Kōena Moment, be sure to stay hydrated, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time in our saunas and steam room.
