The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in delivering quality service and ensuring client satisfaction. This individual is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing information about our services, and coordinating their experience at Kōena Spa, from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, providing them with all necessary information about the services and facilities.
- Promote the spa’s products and services by highlighting promotions and offering personalized recommendations to enhance each client’s experience.
- Manage client billing, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Prepare and provide the necessary items for the clients’ day, and efficiently coordinate the return of items at the end of the day.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations and an optimal client experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a wellness environment or a similar role.
- Strong sales and recommendation skills with the ability to promote products and services.
- Proficiency in computer tools, particularly the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere while addressing clients’ needs with professionalism and care.
