Preparing to escape
01. Prior to your Spa visit
First, look at your schedule. What would be the best time for this much-desired getaway? All set? Have you decided? Now it’s time to pack your bag for your visit to Kōena Spa.
What to bring?
- A bathing suit.
- An empty reusable water bottle
- A toque
- A book or magazine
- A change of clothes
Please note that it is forbidden to bring a glass bottle, alcohol or food from outside. Please also note that the Spa is only accessible to people who are 18 years old and older. Whether it is at the front desk or for the purchase of alcohol, please remember to bring your identification! We reserve the right to make a cursory check of your personal belongings. To make your experience with us a success, please take a few minutes to read our Code of Conduct
For the rest, don’t worry! We have thought of everything! Drinking fountains have been strategically placed on the Kōena Spa grounds and we even provide the towels! In addition, bathrobes are available for rent at a cost of $9.
02. During your Spa visit
In the middle of your spa experience, do you feel like offering yourself a massage or a treatment? Once at Kōena Spa, you can consult the screens that will tell you if one of our fourteen treatment rooms is available. You will then know if you can enjoy our massages and treatments on the spot.
Discover our range of massages and body or aesthetic treatments!
At the end of your getaway, you’ll feel like you’re floating on a cloud! Extend the benefits of your Escape Kōena with a good night of restorative sleep.
See you next time, maybe?
Before planning your Kōena Escape, we strongly recommend that you consult your doctor if you find yourself in any of the following situations:
- Heart and vascular disorders (e.g. heart attack, angina, aortic narrowing, low blood pressure);
- Infections, sores or skin problems);
In addition, we strongly advise against using saunas and steam baths if you have consumed alcohol. Alcohol consumption combined with the use of saunas and steam baths increases the risk of hypotension, cardiac complications, sudden death and accidents.
