Mission

At Koena Spa, the Water Quality Attendant plays an essential role in the operation of our facilities. You’ll be at the heart of the mechanical room, where everything happens: pumping systems, filtration, injectors, automated controls. Your resourcefulness, your ability to quickly analyze a situation, and your capacity to intervene effectively will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Mechanical Room Operations — Monitor, maintain, and optimize mechanical equipment (pumps, filters, injectors, dosing systems).
  • Diagnostics and Problem-Solving — Quickly identify anomalies, make a diagnosis, and apply the necessary corrections.
  • Water Testing and Adjustments — Conduct quality tests (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) and adjust parameters according to established standards.
  • Preventive Maintenance — Clean and maintain mechanical components according to the scheduled plan to ensure continuous performance of the facilities.
  • Safety and Chemical Handling — Follow safety protocols when using and storing chemical products.
  • Operational Support — Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and intervene as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  •  Experience or strong interest in mechanics — You’re comfortable with mechanical systems, you understand how things work, and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Highly resourceful — You find solutions, think quickly, and adapt easily.
  • Attention to detail — Water quality and facility safety depend on your thoroughness.
  • High school diploma
  • CPO certification (an asset)
  • Knowledge of pumping and filtration systems
