Why don’t you treat yourself to a massage this week? Whether alone or with a partner, our massage therapists hold all the necessary certifications to practice relaxing or therapeutic massages following the standards of the profession.
With or without access to the baths, enjoy our massages and body or aesthetic treatments in the comfort of our treatment rooms. To preserve your peace of mind, don’t forget to make a reservation! Also, if you are thinking about a massage, take the time to read the contraindications.
Just before your massage, avoid alcohol and coffee and have a light meal. Come in about 15 minutes before your session to take the time to fill out our health questionnaire and discuss it with your massage therapist.
Breathe in. Breathe out. Let yourself go to your moment of relaxation. You deserve it. Your therapist is there to listen to you. If you feel the slightest discomfort, mention it and we will adapt. We are here for your well-being and we are attentive to your needs.
You will feel the benefits of your massage for up to a few days after your session. In addition, our massage therapy treatments are covered by most private insurance companies. You can therefore ask for a receipt for your insurance and get a refund.
However, you may feel aches and pains 1 to 3 days after your massage. This is normal, especially if it is your first massage. If you remain sufficiently hydrated, you should be fine. In the rare case that you experience persistent pain, please consult your doctor.
